Orange-Glazed Ham

  1. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole micro-cook ham, celery, 1 tablespoon water, covered, on 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Drain orange sections with pineapple, reserving 13 cup liquid.
  3. In a 1-cup measure stir together cornstarch and cinnamon.
  4. Stir into reserved liquid.
  5. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds.
  6. Drain liquid off ham and celery mixture.
  7. Stir in thickened mixture.
  8. Stir in orange sections with pineapple.
  9. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power about 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
  10. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
