Potatoes With Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In large skillet, cook bacon until crispy.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In small bowl, mix rest of the ingredients.
  6. Mix all in bacon drippings.
  7. Cook and stir over medium heat until mix comes to a boil.
  8. Stir until thickens slightly.
  9. Add bacon.
  10. Put potatoes in serving bowl.
  11. Add dressing and toss lightly to coat.
  12. ENJOY!
  13. Prep time is for peeling potatoes and chopping bacon.
  14. Cook time is for boiling potatoes and making vinaigrette dressing.
