Mango Chutney

  1. Chop& mix all the ingredients.
  2. Place in a large pot, bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer, uncovered for about 4 hours or until it is the right consistency.
  4. Stir often to ensure you do not burn on the bottom.
  5. Adjust seasoning for your taste.
  6. Place in sterilized sealers.
