Red Fruit Medley

  1. Place all the fruit in a saucepan with 2/3 cup water and bring slowly to the boil.
  2. Combine the sugar and cornflour with 3 tbsp cold water to form a smooth paste.
  3. Gradually stir into the fruit.
  4. Cook gently, stirring, until the juices begins to thicken.
  5. Transfer to a bowl.
  6. Spoon the mixture into individual dishes.
