Russian Salad

  1. Place first 3 ingredients in large salad bowl and chill.
  2. Combine all dressing ingredients and chill.
  3. Add the beets to salad bowl just before serving and mix gently.
  4. Serve dressing on side, mounded on salad or mixed into salad ingredients just before serving.
  5. Garnish with eggs, if desired.
