Fiesta Dip

  1. Cook ground beef; drain.
  2. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir until VELVEETA is melted.
  4. Serve with chips.
  5. Makes 3-3/4 cups.
