Shaytards Quinoa Salad

  1. Boil water and add quinoa.
  2. Cover and lower heat to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until water has boiled away. Stirring not necessary.
  3. Careful not to burn Quinoa.
  4. Chop all produce.
  5. Strain excess water from canned products.
  6. Mix the chopped produce and canned goods together in medium-sized bowl.
  7. Add cooked quinoa and mix.
  8. Mix sauce ingredients in small bowl and add to salad.
  9. Serve cold.
