Bacon Wrapped BBQ Pork Loin
- 3 lb boneless pork loin
- 6 slice of applewood or maple bacon
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp applewood seasoning
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 large pinch of salt and pepper
- Rub vegetable oil on pork loin.
- Combine dry seasoning and thoroughly press on the pork loin.
- Wrap tightly with bacon.
- Have the connecting ends of the bacon meet on the underside of the pork loin.
- Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness and bacon is caramelized.
- If the bacon needs to brown more quickly, a few minutes under the broiler will help.
