Macaroni and VELVEETA with Smoked Sausage
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 ground red pepper (cayenne)
- Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt and adding sausage, onions and bell peppers to the boiling water for the last 5 min.
- ; drain.
- Return to pan.
- Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
