Breakfast Style Sausage Gravy And Biscuits Recipe

  1. Combine 3 c. lowfat milk, flour, salt and pepper in a jar.
  2. Shake, covered, till flour is dissolved.
  3. Pour into a skillet.
  4. Simmer for 15 min, stirring constantly.
  5. Brown sausage in separate skillet, stirring till crumbly; drain.
  6. Add in to gravy, stirring occasionally.
  7. Mix biscuit mix with remaining 3/4 c. lowfat milk in bowl till soft dough forms.
  8. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min or possibly till brown.
  10. Ladle sausage gravy over split biscuits.
  11. Yeild: 10 servings.
