Breakfast Style Sausage Gravy And Biscuits Recipe
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 6 Tbsp. Flour Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 ounce Spicy sausage
- 2 3/4 c. Biscuit mix
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- Combine 3 c. lowfat milk, flour, salt and pepper in a jar.
- Shake, covered, till flour is dissolved.
- Pour into a skillet.
- Simmer for 15 min, stirring constantly.
- Brown sausage in separate skillet, stirring till crumbly; drain.
- Add in to gravy, stirring occasionally.
- Mix biscuit mix with remaining 3/4 c. lowfat milk in bowl till soft dough forms.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min or possibly till brown.
- Ladle sausage gravy over split biscuits.
- Yeild: 10 servings.
