White Sauce Recipe
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 c. macaroni
- Cook macaroni in 2 c. boiling salted water till tender, about 5 min, covered.
- Remove from burner and let stand for 10 min.
- Drain water; add in cheese sauce.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- WHITE SAUCE: Heat butter, add in flour gradually.
- Add in lowfat milk and stir constantly with wire whisk.
- Add in cheese and stir with melted mix.
- Season with salt and pepper.
