White Sauce Recipe

  1. Cook macaroni in 2 c. boiling salted water till tender, about 5 min, covered.
  2. Remove from burner and let stand for 10 min.
  3. Drain water; add in cheese sauce.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
  5. WHITE SAUCE: Heat butter, add in flour gradually.
  6. Add in lowfat milk and stir constantly with wire whisk.
  7. Add in cheese and stir with melted mix.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
