Banana Cinnamon Quinoa Waffles
- 1 34 cups quinoa flour
- 14 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 34 cup mashed banana
- In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter, honey and vanilla.
- Stir in banana.
- Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just blended.
- Spray waffle maker with cooking spray.
- For each waffle, pour about 1/3 cup batter into waffle maker.
