Blackberry Cobbler

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, tapioca and allspice.
  2. Add blackberries and orange juice; toss to coat.
  3. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  4. Spoon into a 2-qt.
  5. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking soda and salt.
  7. Combine the yogurt, milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients until smooth.
  8. Spread over the berry mixture.
  9. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
  11. Bake 25-30 minutes longer or until golden brown.
  12. Serve warm.
