Perfect Vinaigrette or Dressing Starter

• 34 cup white vinegar
• 1 tablespoon corn oil or 1 tablespoon canola oil
• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon pepper

1. Put all ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid.
2. Shake jar until ingredients are all mixed together.
3. Do not pour onto salad until ready to serve.
