Lemon-Fresh Mushroom Salad for 2

  1. Place mushrooms in glass dish.
  2. Pour marinade, below on mushrooms, cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours.
  3. Place lettuce wedge with tomato slice on each salad plate and top with mushrooms and small amount of marinade.
  4. Lemon-Herb Marinade:.
  5. 1/4 cup oil.
  6. 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  7. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt.
  8. 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, basil or oregano.
  9. 1/8 teaspoon sugar.
  10. 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt.
  11. Dash pepper.
  12. Shake all ingredients together in tightly covered jar.
