Easy Wicked Hot Fudge Topping

  1. Mix Chocolate Syrup and Corn Starch.
  2. Microwave on high for one minute, stirring every 20 seconds.
  3. Caution - be very careful with last 20 second fudge may boil over or make lumps.
  4. If needed, increase time by 15 seconds.
  5. Be even more careful.
  6. Stir in butter.
  7. Serve over ice cream, cake or what ever.
