Dijon-Lemon Chicken with Feta Cheese

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper; dust with flour.
  2. Pan-sear in hot oil on medium heat 6 min.
  3. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  4. Combine sour cream, half of the cheese, mustard, lemon juice, cream and pepper in saucepan.
  5. Simmer on medium heat until heated through and cheese is melted.
  6. Top 1 Chicken with 2-1/2 oz.
  7. Dijon-Lemon Sauce.
  8. Garnish with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  9. of the remaining cheese.
