Cranberry Cheesecake
- 1 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cranberries, chopped (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add Eagle Brand and eggs.
- Stir in cranberries.
- Pour in prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated 325F oven 45-50 minutes or until center slightly jiggles when pan is lightly shaken.
- Cool thoroughly and chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish as desired.
