Whisky Glaze Salmon
- 4 salmon head or salmon filllet optional
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup whisky
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 clove mince garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vineger
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder
- put all ingredient in a pan and bring to a boil then simmer till sauce started thicken about 3 minute then let it cool
- the glaze can be keep up to a week at this point
- apply a layer of glazed on the salmon and broil for 20 minute on both side
