Ham And Cream Cheese Enchiladas

  1. Layer 4 small slice of ham on tortilla then add cream cheese and green jalapeAao
  2. Fold it then squeeze into a small baking ramekin and pour enchiladas sauce then top with grated red leichester cheese
  3. Bake it at 180 C for 20 to 25 minutes till cheese are melted and sauce are bubbly
  4. SERVE TOP A SPRINGKLE OF SWEET PAPRIKA AND SPRING ONION
