Cheese-Stuffed Turkey Mini Meatloaves

• 1 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
• 1 cup hot water
• 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
• 4 oz. KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, cut into cubes
• 2/3 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
3. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Poke hole in center of each with end of wooden spoon; fill with cheese.
5. Top with salsa.
6. Bake 30 min.
7. or until meatloaves are done (165 degrees F).
