Autumn Glazed Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick coating.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of chops with pepper.
  4. Brown chops on each side in warm skillet.
  5. Add in apple cider.
  6. Cover tightly; cook over low heat for 5-6 min or possibly till chops are just done.
  7. Drain off juices.
  8. In a small bowl combine cranberry sauce, honey, orange juice concentrate, ginger and nutmeg.
  9. Pour over chops.
  10. Cook for 1-2 min, till heated through.
  11. (Serves 4)
