Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce in 1 Frying Pan
- 20 Peeled shrimp (or unpeeled black tiger shrimp)
- 1 to marinate the shrimp Sake, salt
- 1 roughly 1 tablespoon White flour
- 2 tbsp each Honey, ketchup
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Lettuce, cabbage, mesclun
- Put the shrimp, sake, and salt into a plastic bag.
- Rub the contents of the bag.
- Add flour into the bag to coat them.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the shrimp.
- Season with salt and pepper, then pan-fry until pink.
- When the shrimp is cooked, remove pan from the heat.
- Add all ingredients.
- Mix with the shrimp.
- Arrange onto the vegetables and serve.
- Here, I used frozen shrimp shumai dumplings instead of shrimp.
- I just microwaved and pan-fried them to mix with the sauce.
- This was even easier!
