The Best Meatballs

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two baking pans with 1" edges with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Mix ingredients together until blended.
  4. Shape into 32 meatballs using 1/4 cup of mix per meatball.
  5. 2.
  6. Place 16 meatballs on each sheet.
  7. Bake 16-18 minutes or until done.
  8. 160 degrees.
  9. 3.
  10. Use 16 meatballs to serve four.
  11. Freeze the other 16 meatballs for later use.
