The Best Meatballs
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 (6 ounce) package chicken flavor stuffing mix
- 1 14 cups water
- 2 eggs
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line two baking pans with 1" edges with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix ingredients together until blended.
- Shape into 32 meatballs using 1/4 cup of mix per meatball.

- Place 16 meatballs on each sheet.
- Bake 16-18 minutes or until done.
- 160 degrees.
- 3.
- Use 16 meatballs to serve four.
- Freeze the other 16 meatballs for later use.
