Dot'S Spaghetti Casserole
- 16 oz. pkg. vermicelli
- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 1 medium green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium jar stuffed green olives
- 1 lb. grated sharp cheese
- Brown meat and onions.
- In another pan place tomato soup and 2 cans of water.
- Add chopped green pepper and olive juice.
- Boil for a few minutes.
- Add Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook and drain spaghetti or vermicelli.
- Put in large container.
- Add meat, sauce and cheese to spaghetti.
- Mix well.
- Put in 2 casseroles (13 x 9-inch). Spread can of undiluted mushroom soup on top of each.
- Decorate with sliced olives.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
