Ball Park Meatloaf Recipe
- 1/3 c. Spicy mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Spicy mustard
- 1/2 c. Sweet pickle relish, with juice
- 3/4 c. Fresh bread crumbs
- 1 x Egg
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 lb Grnd chuck
- 3/4 lb Grnd pork
- 1 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 .
- In a medium bowl, combine 1/3 c. mustard, relish, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic salt and pepper.
- Mix to blend well.
- Add in grnd chuck and grnd pork and mix till combined.

- Pack mix into an 8"x4"x2 1/2" loaf pan.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake till a meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 155 to 160 , 35 to 40 min.

- In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 Tbsp.
- mustard with brown sugar.
- Brush mix over top of meatloaf and bake till topping is glazed, about 5 min.
- Let stand 5 min before slicing.
