Grilled Honey-Macadamia Mahi Mahi

  1. Rub fillets with oil; srpinkle both sides of fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Brush 1 side of fillet with 1 1/2 tbsp honey.
  3. Place fillets in a greased grilling basket, brushed side up.
  4. Cook; covered with grill lid, over medium-hot coals (350-400) 7 minutes; turn basket, Baste fillets with remaining 1 1/2 tbsp honey, and sprinkle with nuts.
  5. Grill, covered 3-4 additional minutes till fish is flakey.
  6. serve immediately.
