Bean Sprouts that Taste Like Ramen

  1. Wash and drain the bean sprouts.
  2. Slice the onion thinly.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion.
  4. When it has turned translucent, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly.
  5. It tastes better with lots of pepper.
  6. Add the ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. If any scum rises, skim it off.
  8. Taste, and add salt to taste.
  9. Serve.
  10. The main photo shows a deluxe version.
  11. When I add menma (preserved bamboo shoot) and nori seaweed, it makes me so happy.
