Bean Sprouts that Taste Like Ramen
- 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
- 1/4 of a small onion Onion
- 1 generous teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 dash Pepper
- 250 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Weipa
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 dash each Grated ginger and grated garlic
- 1 dash Doubanjiang
- Wash and drain the bean sprouts.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onion.
- When it has turned translucent, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly.
- It tastes better with lots of pepper.
- Add the ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- If any scum rises, skim it off.
- Taste, and add salt to taste.
- Serve.
- The main photo shows a deluxe version.
- When I add menma (preserved bamboo shoot) and nori seaweed, it makes me so happy.
