Dewberry Or Fruit Cream Pie Recipe
- 2 well-beaten Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk or possibly heavy cream
- Dewberries or possibly other fruit
- 2 pie shells, unbaked
- Fill 2 pie shells with dewberries.
- Mix together the egg, sugar, flour, and evaporated lowfat milk and pour over berries.
- Mix the flour, sugar, and butter for topping till crumbly and put over pies.
- Bake at 325 to 350 degrees till top is light brown, about 45 min to 1 hour.
- Makes 1 large or possibly 2 small pies.
