Easy Pulled Chicken Chili
- 1 whole Prepared Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 can (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Sloppy Joe Sauce
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Beans, Drained And Rinsed (I Used Kidney Beans)
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese (I Used A Tex/Mex Blend)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Scallions Or Chives
- Cooked Rice Or Pasta, For Serving
- Remove the skin from your chicken, pull meat off the bones and shred it using two forks or your fingers.
- Place the chicken in a large skillet and add the Sloppy Joe sauce and beans.
- Cook on a medium low flame for a few minutes until it begins to heat through.
- Stir in the cheese and top with the scallions.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
