Leftover Breaded Turkey

  1. In a large shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Mural Of Flavor and salt.
  2. Make sure the turkey is dry.
  3. Dip the turkey slices into the beaten egg, then the bread crumbs.
  4. Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Place the turkey in the pan and cook until the bottom side is golden, about 4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook until the other side is golden, about 3 minutes.
  7. Depending on the size of your slices, you may need to cook them in 2 batches, in which case keep the 1st batch warm in a 200 oven, and add the remaining olive oil to the pan if needed before cooking the remainder.
