VELVEETA Burger Foil Packs
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. (about 1/2 of 56-g env.) dry onion soup mix
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 170 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix meat and onion soup mix just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Place 1 on centre of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; top with mixed vegetables and hash browns.
- Fold to make 4 packets.
- Grill 20 min.
- or until burgers are done (160F).
- Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening tops of packets.
- Top ingredients in packets with Velveeta; grill 5 min.
- or until melted.
