VELVEETA Burger Foil Packs

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix meat and onion soup mix just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Place 1 on centre of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; top with mixed vegetables and hash browns.
  4. Fold to make 4 packets.
  5. Grill 20 min.
  6. or until burgers are done (160F).
  7. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening tops of packets.
  8. Top ingredients in packets with Velveeta; grill 5 min.
  9. or until melted.
