Summer Pepper & Fish Stew

  1. Fry the garlic, onion and peppers in a little oil until completely softened.
  2. Stir in the capers then add the wine, broth and potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Add the shrimp and fish and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir through the basil and serve in bowls with crusty bread.
