Easy Mostaccioli

• 1 lb hot Italian sausage
• 1 box mostaccoili noodles
• 1 jar of ragu sauce
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese

1. Boil noodles
2. Cook sausage till done, drain, add sauce to skillet, simmer till noodles are done
3. In a baking dish combine meat mixture and noodles, top with cheese.
4. Bake at 350 on bottom rack for 20 minutes
5. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes to get the golden crust on top.
