Fruit Cake - Easy Fruit Cake

  1. Mix raisins and fruit into dry cake mix.
  2. Beat eggs and other ingredients together and add to dry mixture.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.) for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes in pan.
  7. Turn out onto wire rack to cool.
  8. After cool, wrap and store in refrigerator.
