Leftover Potato Cakes

  1. Mix all ingredients through and including nutmeg.
  2. Shape mixture into little cakes.
  3. Dip the cakes in the flour, crumbs or flakes.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet.
  5. Brown the cakes in the butter on one side, reverse them and brown the other side.
