Egg Tart (Pie Susu)

  1. Mix butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl
  2. Then add the flour, mix.
  3. It will be crumbly, dense it.
  4. For the filling, mix condensed milk and water in a glass
  5. Beat well the eggs in a mixing bowl.
  6. Pour the milk mix in a bowl.
  7. Add custard flour and vanilla milk powder.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Then filter the filling.
  10. Spread margarine/butter in the pie mold thinly
  11. Take some of pie crust, dense it in a (Small) Pie mold.
  12. Pour the filling
  13. Bake at low heat for about 30-45 minutes
