Chicken Madeira on Herbed Biscuits

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
  2. In a 12 inch skillet cook chicken in hot oil over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Remove chicken; set aside.
  4. Add garlic, mushrooms and onion to skillet.
  5. Cook, uncovered, for 4 to 5 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
  6. In a bowl stir together sour cream, flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  7. Add sour cream mixture, milk, and broth to skillet.
  8. Cook and stir until bubbly.
  9. Cook 1 minute more.
  10. Add chicken and Madeira or sherry; heat through.
