Potato Wedges

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  2. Combine all the dressing ingredients.
  3. Roll the potato wedges in the dressing.
  4. Place marinated potatoes in a zippy bag.
  5. Oven Serving Directions: Thaw.
  6. Preheat oven to 375.
  7. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake 30 minutes.
  9. Turn potatoes over.
  10. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
  11. Microwave serving directions: Thaw.
  12. Cook covered on high 15 to 18 minutes turning over and re-arranging twice.
