Beef With Wine And Mushroom Sauce Recipe
- Sirloin tip roast or possibly equivalent
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can Golden brown mushroom soup
- 2 c. dry red wine
- 1 can water
- Baby carrots
- Small white onions
- Sliced mushrooms
- In a large Dutch oven with cover place meat and cover with wine.
- Add in onion soup mix and Golden brown mushroom soup.
- Next add in water.
- Cover and cook in oven at 350 for 2 hrs.
- Add in carrots and onions.
- Cook another 1/2 hour.
- Add in mushrooms.
- Cook another 1/2 hour.
- Serve over wide noodles.
- Serves 6-8.
