Chicken In Mustard Sauce

  1. Lightly salt and pepper chicken.
  2. Brown in margarine until golden.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients, mayonnaise and Grey Poupon; add zucchini, squash, onion, and garlic to sauce.
  4. Place chicken and pan drippings in the bottom of a casserole.
  5. Pour sauce/vegetable mixture on top of chicken and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for approximately 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  7. Enjoy.
