Double BBQ Pork Chop Sandwiches

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
  3. Sprinkle chops with seasoning.
  4. Grill chops 3 min.
  5. on each side.
  6. Brush with half the remaining barbecue sauce.
  7. Grill 2 to 3 min.
  8. on each side or until chops are done (145F), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
  9. Remove chops from grill; let stand 3 min.
  10. Meanwhile, grill onions 2 min.
  11. on each side.
  12. Spread rolls with reserved sauce; fill with chops, onions, lettuce and tomatoes.
