Tiny Sandwich Cake
- 6 slice Sliced sandwich bread
- 1 Decoration pen (Quick-drying type)
- 1 Your favorite jam & margarine
- 1 Chervil or mint leaves for garnishing
- 1 dash Dragees
- Use a large and small circular mold to cut 3 slices of each size out of the bread.
- They're cut out.
- Spread on your favorite jam and margarine and stack the bread like a sandwich.
- This time, I used chocolate cream.
- Once the bread has been spread with filling and stacked, stack the smaller stack on top of the larger stack.
- Use the decoration pen to put six evenly-spaced dots around the edge of the top slice of bread.
- While the icing from the decoration pen is still wet, place the dragees on each dot.
- Write a message with the decopen on the top of the lower level.
- Garnish with the chervil and mint to finish!
