Lite and Easy Cabbage Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions, almonds and sesame seeds.
  2. Pour the ramen noodles into a zip-lock baggie, and crush with a rolling pin.
  3. Reserve until serving time.
  4. To make the dressing, mix the olive oil, splenda, vinegar and reserved flavor packet.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour over the cabbage mix and stir well.
  7. ( The dressing may be added right before serving time if you wish.
  8. ).
  9. Pour the crushed noodles over the top right before serving.
