Lite and Easy Cabbage Salad
- 1 (16 ounce) packagecabbage coleslaw mix
- 2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced
- 12 cup slivered almonds
- 14 cup sesame seeds
- 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles, reserve the seasoning packet
- 13 cup olive oil
- 13 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 13 cup white vinegar
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions, almonds and sesame seeds.
- Pour the ramen noodles into a zip-lock baggie, and crush with a rolling pin.
- Reserve until serving time.
- To make the dressing, mix the olive oil, splenda, vinegar and reserved flavor packet.
- Stir well to combine.
- Pour over the cabbage mix and stir well.
- ( The dressing may be added right before serving time if you wish.

- Pour the crushed noodles over the top right before serving.
