Havarti Ham & Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and cheese (reserve some for top); mix well.
  3. Add potatoes, ham and mini peas.
  4. Scrape into the 9x13 pan and cover with reserved cheese.
  5. Cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover casserole and sprinkle with French fried onions.
  7. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
