Grilled Peach Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peaches with oil.
  3. Grill 3 to 4 min.
  4. on each side or just until tender and heated through.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. Cut each peach piece in half.
  7. Cover platter with lettuce; top with peaches, nuts and bacon.
  8. Drizzle with dressing.
