Italian Gocci Di Cioccolata

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Sift first 8 dry ingredients together.
  3. Cream shortening, sugar and egg together on medium speed Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk, mixing just until batter is smooth.
  4. Drop dough by rounded spoonful onto greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) F (180C) for 9 to 12 minutes, or until set.
  6. Remove to rack, cool completely.
  7. Glaze.
