Chiffon Pancakes Recipe
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- Mix egg and lowfat milk together.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Mix in egg and lowfat milk mix, adding in 3 additions.
- Mix in oil.
- Drop onto warm ungreased griddle.
- When pancakes puff to a 1/2 inch thickness and bubbles begin to break, turn and cook on other side.
- Serve with hot sweetened strawberries and whipped cream or possibly syrup.
- Makes about 10 small pancakes.
