Chiffon Pancakes Recipe

  1. Mix egg and lowfat milk together.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together.
  3. Mix in egg and lowfat milk mix, adding in 3 additions.
  4. Mix in oil.
  5. Drop onto warm ungreased griddle.
  6. When pancakes puff to a 1/2 inch thickness and bubbles begin to break, turn and cook on other side.
  7. Serve with hot sweetened strawberries and whipped cream or possibly syrup.
  8. Makes about 10 small pancakes.
