White Bean and Onion Dip
- 1/4 cups Green Onion, Roughly Sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Roughly Minced
- 2- 1/2 cups Pre-Cooked White Beans (Or 18 Ounces Canned Cannellini Beans)
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini Paste
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- Drain and rinse beans, reserving about 1/2 cup of cooking liquid (or canned liquid).
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, except bean liquid.
- Process until smooth, slowly adding reserved juice until it reaches desired consistency.
- Serve with veggies, pita chips, or use in the place of mayonnaise on a sandwich for a healthier and protein-packed alternative!
- Sprinkle some cumin on top for garnish!
