Sweet Corn Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Open the sweet corn can and drain all the liquids.
  3. Mix in a blender 4 eggs, condensed milk, sweet corn, and 1 tsp of vanilla.
  4. Mix well around 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly grease up a 9 inch pie container and pour all the mix.
  6. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly brown and yellow
  7. Let it cool down and serve.
  8. It tastes better cold after it has been refrigerated.
